Reservations made within the non-cancellation period are payable in full at time of booking.   Cancellation & Refund Policy To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival (45 days for holidays and 30 days for groups). There are no refunds after the cancellation dates, including cancellations due to weather/snow or early departure. Mammoth Sierra Reservations offers Travel Insurance through CSA Insurance.
